Brandon Arzabe was born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland, and relocated to South Florida with his family after high school. Mr. Arzabe graduated from The University of Maryland and The Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. He excelled academically as a Dean’s List student, and was member of several honor societies, including the Nova Trial Association and the Moot Court Society.

After graduating, Mr. Arzabe worked for two preeminent civil defense firms where he gained extensive litigation experience defending insurance companies and their insureds in a broad range of cases including personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, property damage disputes, and breach of contract. Mr. Arzabe’s defense practice often led him to different court rooms throughout the state of Florida where he won a multitude of jury trials on behalf of his clients.

After many years of representing large national insurance companies, Mr. Arzabe chose to dedicate his legal practice exclusively to the representation of individuals and their families in cases involving premises liability, catastrophic injurieswrongful death, medical malpractice, and civil rights. Mr. Arzabe’s years of experience working on behalf of and defending insurance companies provides him with advantages when litigating against insurance companies on behalf of his injured clients. Mr. Arzabe now uses his legal expertise to help injured victims and their families recover millions of dollars every year.

Mr. Arzabe has achieved numerous accolades in his legal practice, including but not limited to, being recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as a Top 40 under 40 civil trial lawyer, Super Lawyers Rising Star, and Lawyer of Distinction.

Mr. Arzabe has handled high-profile catastrophic cases resulting in multiple seven figure recoveries. He has also successfully represented numerous clients in jury trials throughout the state of Florida and has obtained trial verdicts as high as $4,672,628.04.

Mr. Arzabe understands that injury cases can at times be very stressful for victims and their families and as a result he takes the time to personally communicate with each of his clients whenever needed. He deeply values the trust his clients place in him to fight for their rights and overcome the difficult obstacles life throws at them.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Arzabe enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending mass, traveling, exercising, playing sports, and volunteering through various local organizations.
